South Korean Man Arrested in Chiang Mai On Fraud Charges

Immigration police have arrested a South Korean man who fled to Thailand to escape allegations of defrauding victims that invested in a casino in Macau.

He took over 33 million THB of his victims money and fled to Chiang Mai province to hide.
