Bangkok Police have arrested a gang of Russian and Ukrainian criminals that used skimmers to copy information from people’s ATM cards and then used the information to make counterfeit cards to withdraw almost 100 million THB.

The detective police team made a statement about the arrest of Mr. Andrey Mikhalov, aged 27, Russian nationality, Mr. Roman Novak, aged 32, Ukrainian nationality, and Ms. Olena Voytenko, aged 27, Ukrainian nationality.
