Four protesters killed in a suspicious car accident in Hua Hin

Four anti-government protesters were killed and four others injured when a pick-up truck in which they were travelling hit a roadside tree after having been squeezed out of a road by a ten-wheel truck in Hua Hin Monday night.

One of the four survivors, Mr Somporn Anuwat, told police that he suspected the accident was deliberate as the truck driver intended to force their vehicle out of the road.
