Farmers from five lower northern and central provinces will march into the capital over the next few days if their demand for the rice payment is still not met by the government.

Farmer leader Kittisak Ratanawarahal, president of the Network for Northern Farmers, said farmers from Phichit, Nakhon Sawan, Sukhothai, Kamphaeng Phet, and Phitsanulok will march into the capital with their farm trucks.
