Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra today was tight-lipped when she was asked about the National Security Council chief’s suggestion that a state of emergency might be declared in a couple of days.

She chaired the security meeting at the Office of the defense permanent secretary on Chaeng Wattana road today to assess the political situation.
