Pattaya Police arrested a 19 year old fake watch vendor on Thursday Night after he allegedly stabbed a 70 year old German Tourist in his hand as the pair came into contact with each other along Pattaya Beach Road.

The incident began outside of the Royal Garden Plaza as Mr. Fredrick Bistrell and his Thai Girlfriend were walking towards Walking Street.
