NARATHIWAT, Dec 4 – Teachers in this risk-escalated province in Thailand’s deep South are to meet urgently tomorrow to discuss mounting unrest and attacks on their colleagues after a second fatal shooting of a woman teacher on Monday.

It was the second murder of a teacher in this besieged province in less than two weeks. The elementary school principal in Nong Chik district was shot dead on November 22.
