The Southern Region Meteorological Centre in Songkhla on Sunday afternoon issued a warning for people in the western part of the South to prepare for heavy rain and flash flooding from tomorrow to Nov 23.

The cold wind from China is now prevailing over southern region, causing heavy rain in Surat Thani, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Songkhla, Phatthalung, Pattani, Yala and Narathiwat during the period, the centre said.
