‘Big Cleaning Day’ kicked off in Bangkok’s flood-hit areas

BANGKOK, Nov 19 – Bangkok Governor Sukhumbhand Paribatra on Saturday led workers from the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) and volunteers from all walks of life to clean up the Lat Phrao 5-way intersection and nearby zones after floodwaters receded.

The Big Cleaning Day activity started at Kamphaeng Phet intersection on Phaholyothin Road through to Lat Phrao 5-way intersection and Ratchayothin intersection.
