A Chinese man sustained significant injuries after falling from the third floor of a Pattaya hotel in a dramatic incident early Sunday morning. Rescue services were dispatched to the scene near the Balihai headland at approximately 4:40 a.m., where they discovered the man suffering from injuries to his leg, arm, and body. He received immediate first aid from responders before being transported to a nearby hospital for further treatment.

According to a hotel employee, 38-year-old Natthapol Khampard, the injured individual was not a registered guest at the establishment. The employee described the man as appearing to be in a state of extreme fear, recounting that he ran into the hotel, rushed up to the third floor, and climbed onto a balcony in an apparent attempt to evade capture before falling to the ground.

A statement from 59-year-old hotel security guard Wichai Phuddee provided further context, revealing that the Chinese man had arrived at the location in a white car accompanied by a Thai woman. The woman reportedly informed guards that the man had been drinking with friends earlier in the evening and stated that there had been no argument prior to the incident.
