The victim, Mr. H. K., a jewelry shop owner, told Pattaya City Police Station that he was approached by two scantily clad transgender individuals in Soi Beach Road 13/2 around 2:30 a.m. The suspects allegedly offered escort services, which he refused, but they persisted, embracing and groping him before he managed to break free.
