The suspect, identified as Miss V.F., was apprehended on June 12 at a rented apartment in central Phuket, where she allegedly prepared to perform an injection for an undercover officer posing as a client. Authorities seized 47 items from the scene, including pharmaceuticals, syringes, and medical equipment.
