PATTAYA — A Canadian tourist was left seriously injured following a motorcycle crash in the early hours of May 31, 2025, in Pattaya’s Jomtien area. The incident occurred around 1:30 AM on Soi 7, a street known for its late-night activity.

Emergency services from the Sawang Boriboon Rescue Center, along with medical staff from Bangkok-Pattaya Hospital, responded swiftly to the scene after receiving reports of a collision involving a motorcycle and a stationary vehicle. Upon arrival, they found a white-and-black Honda ADV motorcycle, registered in Chonburi, overturned in the street after crashing into a parked motorcycle. Both vehicles were damaged in the impact.
The rider, a 60-year-old Canadian national identified as Mr. K., was discovered unconscious and suffering from heavy bleeding. Rescue teams administered emergency first aid at the scene before rushing him to the hospital for further treatment. His condition is reported as serious.
According to nearby witnesses, a loud crash startled residents and passersby, who then found the injured man lying on the road. They quickly contacted authorities, who launched an initial investigation into the cause of the accident.
Early findings suggest that Mr. K. lost control of his motorcycle, veered into the parked bike, and fell violently to the ground. The impact caused both motorcycles to topple and sustain visible damage.
