On March 17th, at 1:06 PM, Pattaya Police and Chonburi Immigration officers arrested Mr. B., a 35-year-old Swiss national, at a residence in Soi Pratamnak. During questioning, Mr. B. admitted to being the foreigner seen in the video. He claimed that the altercation began when the Thai man, whose identity remains unknown, accidentally hit him with a motorcycle. This led to a heated argument, which escalated after the Thai individual allegedly struck Mr. B. with a helmet.
