Hungry elephant breaks into the kitchen of a Hua Hin home

A hungry elephant has broken through the wall of a house to access the kitchen in search of food. It happened in Hua Hin district, south of Bangkok.

During the night of Sunday a family in the town of Hua Hin heard a roar in the kitchen, what they did not imagine was that they were going to find an elephant ransacking their pantry through a wall.

But it is not the first time that the animal has gained access to the locality, according to a statement to ‘Newsflare’, the family’s wife commented that the elephant had already been prowling around the place two months before, but at that time, it did not cause any damage.

Although they were able to shoo the elephant away without any trouble, the damage will be an extra expense for the family, which laments, “Repairing the wall will cost us about 50,000 baht.”
