Surat Thani man confesses to killing ‘drug-crazed’ brother

Surat Thani man has admitted to killing his younger brother by tying him up and throwing him in a pond.

Police were on Tuesday night inspecting the scene in Moo 8 village, Phra Saeng district, where the bound body of Apichart Nooduang, 33, was pulled from the pond.
