The Thai Meteorological Department (TMD) today (Jan 29) issued a weather warning over variable weather in upper Thailand and heavy rain and strong wind waves in South.

The weather turbulence is a direct impact from the strong high pressure system or cold weather which is now blanketing northern Vietnam and is moving down to cover Thailand’s northeastern region today.
