Corpse stored at Siriraj hospital’s mortuary identified as the missing salesman

A civil defence volunteer told police he suspected the body at the hospital may be that of Rattaphum. On Feb 6, Pol Maj Gen Suthee Nenkanthee, deputy chief of the Metropolitan Police, led a team to Siriraj Hospital to examine the body.

Based on security camera pictures, and a tattoo of a star on his right wrist, it was initially believed the man was Rattaphum. A further examination would be made to confirm his identity, police said.
