BANGKOK, 06 December 2016, (NNT) – The Meteorological Department said 10 provinces in the South would likely see more rains and possible flash floods.

The department explained that the upcoming heavy downpour is the result of a strong low-pressure trough dominating the northern part of Sumatra Island and the northeastern monsoon covering the Southern Region and the Gulf of Thailand.
