Over 20 Dead in Chemical Plant Explosion in China’s Hubei – Reports

Over 20 people died in a chemical plant explosion in east-central China, national television reported Thursday.

BEIJING (Sputnik) – At least 21 deaths related to the blast have been reported in the city of Dangyang in Hubei province, according to CCTV.
