Tourist caught with stolen bag in Chiang Mai Night Bazaar

A Mexican aged tourist was caught red-handed with stolen shoulder bag in hand after quietly grabbed it from a sidewalk gallery vendor in Chiang Mai Night Bazaar last night.

The tourist was identified as Mr Albert Ramos, 66.
