PHETCHABURI — The body of an unidentified woman was found dead with her hands and feet bound outside a hilltop historical park in Muang district on Tuesday.

The woman, aged around 25-30, was lying face up at the stairs to Phra Nakhon Khiri Historical Park in tambon Khlong Krasaeng, said Pol Capt Akkharamet Singsang, a duty officer at Muang police station who was alerted around 7.30am.
