BANGKOK:– Police have launched a murder investigation after the body of an unidentified foreign man was found inside a large sports bag or holdall that had been thrown into a canal in Bangkok, reports Thaivisa News.

The gruesome discovery was made on Sunday afternoon when a worker from a nearby factory saw what looked looked like part of a human head and shoulder protruding from the bag in Ong Ang canal at Phra Nakhon, close the Samran Rat intersection.
