BANGKOK, 16 March 2016 (NNT) – The Prime Minister is scheduled to pay an official visit to the northeastern province of Udon Thani this Friday to assess the drought situation and discuss local economic problems.

Assistant Government Spokesman Col Atisith Chainuvati made known that during the Udon Thani visit this March 18, Prime Minister Gen Prayut Chan-o-cha is set to travel to Phen district in the morning to hand out land use permits to local residents as well as certificates verifying their participation in the community forest project.
