New charter bans persons with election fraud history from candidacy

BANGKOK, 12 February 2016 (NNT) – The new constitution draft now permanently prohibits persons with the record of election fraud from becoming house members, according to CDC.

The Constitution Drafting Commission member Supachai Yawaprapat has said in a televised broadcast revealing a new requirement for house of representative candidates to be free from any records of election fraud.
