Administrative Court rejects Thaksin’s call to suspend the order scrapping his two passports

The Central Administrative Court has rejected fugitive former prime minister Thaksin Shinawatra’s petition for the suspension of the Foreign Ministry’s order scrapping his two passports.

The court reason that there is no ground to suspect that the Foreign Ministry’s order revoking Thaksin’s two passports is illegal and also the ministry’s order was based on the report of the National Police Office.
