PATTAYA: — A 41-year-old Swedish Tourist reportedly committed suicide by jumping from his 5th floor room balcony at a Hotel in South Pattaya late on Wednesday Night.

Police and medics were called to the Scenery City Hotel in Soi 11 of Pattaya Second Road and were directed to the side of the building where the body of Mr. M. H. M. had come to rest, in a narrow gap between the Hotel and adjacent building.

It took rescue workers almost 1 hour to recover the body while Police inspected the 5th floor room occupied by Mr. M. There were no signs of a struggle but on the balcony, a small table was upside-down and many cigarette butts were seen on the floor of the balcony area.
