Former Democrat MP for Kanchanaburi Pracha Pothipipit, alias Kamnan Sia, again failed to appear in the Criminal Court on Tuesday for the reading of a Supreme Court decision in a bid-rigging case against him.

Mr Pracha, his wife Khemporn Tangjaiyen, Wanna Lorpaiboon and Thawil Sawat were charged with preventing the Wassadu Centre Company representatives from tendering a price to supply steel cable for the Wang Yao Reservoir Project in Phetchaburi between 1999-2001.
