Three UDD co-leaders given suspended jail term for defamation

Three red-shirt co-leaders were on Wednesday handed down a suspended jailterm after they were found guilty by the Criminal Court for defaming former Democrat list MP Watchara Petthong.

The court also fined the trio namely Veerakarn Musikapong, former chairman of the United Front for Democracy against Dictatorship (UDD), Jatuporn Prompan, UDD chairman and Natthawut Saikua, UDD secretary-general 50,000 baht case.
