At Least 5 Confirmed Dead in Monday Blast at China Chemical Plant

Late Monday’s blast at a chemical plant in the Chinese city of Dongying, in the eastern province of Shandong, killed at least five people, local authorities said Wednesday.

MOSCOW, (Sputnik) — The most recent chemical blast occurred at about 23:22 p.m. local time (15:22 GMT), according to the Xinhua news agency.
