Three Filipino girls were seriously injured when a pickup truck rammed at the rear of their car parked by the shoulder of the Chonburi motorway to have a burst car tyre replaced late last night.

The incident happened near Kilometre marker 47 of the motorway from Bangkok to Chonburi shortly after midnight.
