Russian-slashing ladyboy arrested in Pattaya

A 32-year-old transvestite prostitute arrested for slashing a Russian tour guide’s face in Pattaya claimed he attacked the man in a fit of anger for allegedly refusing to pay him 1,000 baht for services rendered.

Phattaya “Ann” Prom-in was caught in Nakhon Sawan on Thursday and charged with assaulting 25-year-old Russian tour guide Maxim Belonozhko in Pattaya.
