Ex-premier Yingluck Shinawatra today designated her lawyer to formally hear charges imposed on her for paying compensation to political unrest victims between 2005-2010.

The National Anti-Corruption Commission accused her 34-member cabinet of malfeasances in office for the approval of compensation payment illegally.
