Norwegian ‘smashes ATM’ in Pattaya

CHON BURI — A Norwegian man was arrested by police in Pattaya for allegedly damaging an automatic teller machine (ATM) on Saturday night.

Pol Lt Kwanchai Namkanisorn, a duty officer at Muang Pattaya police station, said the suspect was Finn Helge Heggem, aged 46.
