Mae Rampoeng beach in Rayong was found to be strewn with countless number of plastic fertilizer bags thought to be dumped into the sea by unscrupulous fishermen.

A fisherman said he saw the “garbage” being swept ashore for at least at least five kilometers long since Friday evening.
