11 people charged over fatal March parachute jump

Police pressed charges Wednesday against 11 people over the death of two police cadets during a parachute training jump in March.

Royal Thai Police advisor Jarumporn Suramanee, who leads the investigation, said they were charged with negligence leading to the deaths.
