4.1-magnitude quake rattles Chiang Rai
CHIANG RAI, 16 August 2014 (NNT) – The Seismological Bureau reports that at 15:25 pm, August 16, a 4.1-magnitude earthquake struck Chiang Rai’s Mae Saruay District, with an epicenter situated 19.68 degrees North latitude and 99.61 degrees East longitude.
So far, there have been no reports of injuries, according to Worapat Tiewthanom, the director of the Meteorological Department.
