Elderly German self-harms at Central Pattaya Hotel
In the early hours of Sunday, Police and medics were called to a Central Pattaya Hotel to investigate reports of a 73 year old German who appeared to have self-harmed inside his Hotel Room.
The incident occurred in a 7th floor room at the Intown Holiday Hotel in Central Pattaya, occupied by Mr. Willibald Walter Holik.
