As the football World Cup is kicking off in Brazil, Rayong Police have announced the arrest of four people suspected of betting on the beautiful game in contravention of Thailand’s strict gambling laws.

The four suspects, aged between 31 and 45, were found with 25 football betting notebooks, three calculators, 85 football records, a cell phone and over 10,000 baht in cash.
