Buddhists celebrates Visakha Bucha Day today

The Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) on Tuesday held a mass merit making to offer alms to 232 Buddhist monks at Sanam Luang to mark the World Visakha Bucha Day.

The religious ceremony presided over by BMA permanent secretary Mrs Ninnart Chalitanon was also to make merit for His Majesty the King’s 87th birthday anniversary and Her Majesty the Queen’s 82nd birthday anniversary.
