RAYONG — A German man was found dead under a tree with a nylon rope tied around his neck and hand at a resort in Klaeng district on Monday morning.

Police were called to Villa Ravadee Resort and Spa on the Laem Mae Phim-Ban Phe Road in tambon Sark Pong at 8am after a member of staff from the resort discovered the body of Bernd Sablottny, 44.
