Former Thai Premier Abhisit may lead protesters if Suthep arrested

Democrat leader Abhisit Vejjajiva may become a leader of the the anti-government protest if Suthep Thaugsuban is arrested, Abhisit said Friday.

Abhisit was asked if he was ready to lead protest if Suthep was arrested, Abhisit replied that anything could happen.
