Over 11 million numbers in Thailand using 3G: NBTC

BANGKOK, 28 September 2013 (NNT) – The National Broadcasting and Telecommunication Commission (NBTC) has announced that over 11 million mobile numbers across Thailand are using 3G service.

According to NBTC Secretary-general Thakorn Tantasit, more than 11 million people have switched to using 3G on 2.1 GHZ since the service was offered on May 7th this year. 9 million of them are under AIS, 2 million under DTAC, and another 1.8 million under True Move.
