One soldier killed, five wounded in bomb ambush in Pattani
PATTANI, June 22 – One soldier was killed and five wounded after their vehicle was ambushed by a bomb attack while they were on patrol duty in Pattani’s Nong Chik district.
Police said the soldiers, dispatched from Santisuk Centre, were on highway number 43 in Bo Thong subdistrict when their vehicle was hit by bomb hidden on the roadside.
