A Pattaya ladyboy dancing with naked breasts to show to the tourists at a Naklua beer bar was arrested after defying police demands to cover up.

The ladyboy said expensive surgery gave him beautiful breasts that he wanted to show to others. He vowed to continue dancing topless.
