A 56-year-old Russian tourist was caught shoplifting 3,000 THB worth of cosmetics from the Central Festival Pattaya Beach department store.

She had hid the items in her handbag and walked out the store. But a store security guard was watching her the whole time, and stopped her outside the store and called police.
