A ladyboy recently released from jail was caught pickpocketing a 29-year-old Russian tourist on Pattya beach and arrested again.

The ladyboy was fondling the tourist to offer his sexual services, but stole the Russian’s iPhone and ran away. He was quickly caught and arrested.
