Thai stabbed during fight with British man in Pattaya

Just after 4.30 am on Thursday, Pattaya Police received reports of a fight involving a British Tourist and a group of 5 Thai men, who work for a car rental shop. One of the Thai men was reportedly stabbed in his wrist by the Brit who allegedly intended to stab the Thai in his chest.

At the scene, in front of the Udom Aeg Shop opposite the Welcome Plaza Hotel on Pattaya Second Road was Mr. John Harris aged 45, who had suffered severe facial injuries and cuts after he was set-upon by the group of 5 men, along with Khun Soemsak aged 37 who had sustained a deep cut to his wrist.
