SUKHOTHAI, Sept 16 – The Sukhothai municipality has been working around the clock to plug holes in the city’s floodwall after water seepage from Yom River covered the municipality again early Sunday just two days after floodwaters receded.

Provincial workers are attempting to plug the holes and pump water out of the area.
