An 18 year old student who was rushing to get to her school where she was due to take an exam, was killed in a high speed road accident which left a passenger in her car and the driver of a pick-up with serious injuries.

Police and rescue services were called to the scene of the crash on the Sukhumvit Road in the Plu Ta Luang area. Two vehicles were badly damaged in the crash, one of them was driven by the victim, Khun Pawinee who suffered a suspected broken neck in the crash.
